PLC-based photovoltaic optimizer solution

No additional wiring required Strong anti-interference

Utilize existing DC power lines to transmit data, eliminating traditional communication cables (such as RS485, CAN, etc.), reducing installation costs and complexity.

Adopting modulation and demodulation technology, data can still be transmitted stably in complex power grid environments.

Module-level MPPT real-time monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance

Each photovoltaic panel is equipped with an optimizer that independently performs maximum power point tracking (MPPT), reducing power loss caused by shadows, stains, or panel aging. In the event of panel mismatch or partial shading, the overall system power generation can be increased by 5%-25%.

Real-time monitoring of each component's voltage, current, temperature, and other parameters allows for precise location of faults (such as hot spots and loose wiring). Remote fault alarms and maintenance guidance are provided through PLC, reducing manual inspection costs.

Compatible and flexible, intelligent control

Compatible with mainstream string inverters, eliminating the need to modify existing systems. The modular design facilitates future expansion and flexibly adapts to changes in power plant size.

Remotely adjust module output power based on grid demand or energy storage status, facilitating grid-friendly integration. Combined with historical data and weather information, it assists with power generation forecasting and O&M planning.

Security and reliability

In an emergency, the voltage of a single module can be quickly shut down to improve fire safety (compliant with NEC 690.12 and other standards).

Adaptable to harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and salt spray, the IP67 protection level ensures long-term stable operation.
